Returns and Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase isn't perfect. That's why we offer hassle-free exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery.

Key Points:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Initiation: Contact us to request an exchange or return.
  • Pickup: We'll arrange for pickup within 24-48 hours (subject to availability).
  • Quality Check: Once the item reaches our warehouse, we'll inspect it.
  • Resolution:
    • Exchange: Receive your new item in 7-10 working days. If the desired size is unavailable, we'll offer an alternative product.
    • Refund: We'll issue a credit note to your registered email, typically within 10-15 business days. Refunds are in the original payment method.

Conditions for Exchange/Return:

  • The product doesn't fit, is damaged, defective, or has missing parts.
  • It hasn't been worn, cleaned, or altered (except for vendor defects).
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The return is for the original order and matches our records.
  • There are no odors, stains, damage, etc.
  • Sets must be returned as complete sets.

We reserve the right to reject requests that don't meet these conditions.
