Cancellation Policy

Blamok Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, so we strive to make our cancellation policy as clear and fair as possible.

For Orders Not Yet Shipped:

  • You can cancel your order at any time before it has shipped for a full refund.
  • To cancel, please contact our customer support team at support@blamok.com with your order number.

For Orders Already Shipped:

  • Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange once you receive the item. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

Exceptions:

  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for cancellation after a certain point in the production process. Please contact customer support for details regarding specific items.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 9 to 10 business days.
